  • Before any work commences, we locate all public utilities on the property
  • We then create a compacted granular base
    • This is the most important part of the entire installation process
    • Appropriate base material, thickness, and compaction are essential to ensure your installation will last a lifetime
  • All paver and hardscape areas are leveled with a transit or laser level to ensure proper drainage
  • We then add a screeded and level sand bed
  • We add an edge restraint for the pavers, which are held in place with spikes
    • This is a critical element to the durability of paver installation
    • This prevents the pavers from shifting and moving over time
  • We make detailed, precision cuts in the pavers, to ensure there is no gaping or voids in the hardscape
  • The pavers are compacted.
  • Jointing sand is swept in to the pavers
  • Daily clean up of the work area and complete clean up after installation is finished
