• We want to know our clients’ goals and expectations for their landscape.
• We carry a client’s lifestyle into their landscape. (I.e. people with a traditional home and lifestyle usually desire a traditional landscape; likewise, people with a contemporary home and lifestyle usually desire a contemporary landscape etc.)
• We speak extensively with our clients to gain an insight as to how their time in their landscape will be spent. Many people want a low maintenance landscape. Others enjoy a more hands-on approach and want a landscape in which they can work and play.
• We provide a personal walk through of the completed landscape after installation.
• We also leave a “Care for your Landscape” brochure, which has written information regarding watering, pruning, weeding etc.
• We provide a “Plant After Care Program”. After the landscape has been installed, we will visit the site again, up to four times as necessary. We will write up and leave an evaluation for the client. This evaluation shows the customer what (if anything) needs to be addressed with their landscape, and also what (if anything) we will address with their landscape.
• We send a follow up letter to the client asking them to critique our work.
• We believe in saying “Thank You”.

Individualized Service:

• During our initial meeting with the client, we take time to listen to the client’s wishes, likes and dislikes, and we take written notes.
• Every landscape plan we design is unique.
• Our plans are designed for you, the individual, and your specific landscape needs.
• Each plan is drawn to scale and labeled.
• Each plan is drawn and color rendered. (The client keeps the rendered copy.)

Knowledgeable Staff:

• Our Office Staff have degrees in the fields of Landscape Design, Horticulture, Forestry, Turf Management, or Landscape Maintenance from Purdue University.
• Our Support Staff are educated in Horticulture, Art Design, Carpentry, Mechanics, Construction, Pruning, Landscape Installation, Landscape Maintenance, and Safety.

Experience:

• This company was founded in 1978. The owners work with the Staff and Clients every day.

• We provide written “How To” instructions for people who wish to plant their own trees.
• We can answer your questions regarding your landscape, maintenance, hardscape, insects, diseases, fertilizer, weed control, pond installation, pruning, aerifying, and anything else pertaining to your landscape.
